-
The link may only point to the Portal’s home page and may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copying texts, graphics, etc.).

The Service Provider is not responsible for damages caused to the Users’ or third parties’ computer equipment during the use of the Portal.
4.2 Service Availability

In such cases, the Service Provider acts as an intermediary according to Article 17 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI). The Service Provider is only liable for Linked Sites if it has actual knowledge of illicit content and does not deactivate the link with due diligence.
The existence of Linked Sites does not imply agreements, recommendation, promotion, or identification with their statements, contents, or services by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is not aware of Linked Sites’ contents and services and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by their illicitness, poor quality, outdated content, unavailability, errors, or other damages not directly attributable to the Service Provider.
