How does it work? The digital twin is displayed very easily on your website through an iframe and we obtain the prices from the API of the booking engine with which you already work. The client sees the type of room they like the most and when they click, we direct them to your reservation process to request it. That is, the technical implications are minimal and no integration is required.

* CHOOSE YOUR ROOM:After booking, it offers the possibility of Selecting the exact room (Choose your Room). You can offer it to the clients of your website or if you want to also offer it to intermediary clients and charge for the selection of the service. The client can find his room, either by location flying over the hotel, through attributes and equipment and thus hyper-personalize his selection, Double bed?, Silent room?, What will I see from the balcony?... .

How does it work? Once the reservation is made, the client accesses the Choose Your Room service from your website or from the reservation confirmation page. Once inside, the customer selects the room and the Front Desk receives the customer's request, and the front desk can accept and confirm the customer or reject. The assignment is made by the reception like any other reservation. Additionally, we can make a call to your PMS to check future room availability. Once the user fills in the date and number of people fields in the reservation process, Hotelverse makes a call to the reservation engine to find out the prices by room type and another to the PMS to find out the availability by room number.
