What is the implementation process for this product?

Throughout the onboarding process, a dedicated person from the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, comprised of Expert Revenue Managers, is assigned to the client.
Week 1-Connectivity. Connectivity test with the PMS (sending and receiving data)
Week 2- Onboarding and Configuration. Onboarding call with the assigned CSM person will guide you in the process of configuring the establishments and their inventory types.
Week 2- Evaluation. Onboarding call to evaluate the quality of the configuration carried out and make adjustments if necessary.
Week 6 to 12 - Test of Courage. Onboarding call to jointly evaluate the user experience and the results obtained so far.
Throughout this process, the assigned CSM person is available via tickets, chat, email and video calls.
